Quick answers about ordering, delivery, fees, and pickup.
How often do you deliver?
We deliver to Lagos twice a month — on the second and last Saturdays of each month. Place your order during one of the open windows and we'll include you in the upcoming batch.
Order windows open 14 days before each delivery date and close 4 days before delivery. For example, for a delivery on Saturday the 14th, the order window opens on the 1st and closes on the 10th at midnight.
How do I get my order?
Pickup is at our Lagos Hub (Ikeja). At checkout you'll see the delivery date and pickup location. We batch orders so your produce arrives fresh and cost-effectively.
What is the delivery fee?
Standard delivery costs ₦1,500 from the farm to our hub in Lagos State, where your order will be available for pickup.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled before the order cutoff. Contact us via hello@farmly.ng or WhatsApp +2349036102064 and include your order reference.
